Answer general questions about the customer loyalty program, manage the infoline, helpdesk, and technical support, and process new registrations, address changes, and returns. Handle all communication channels including phone and mail, relay relevant information, and process customer complaints. Requires fluent Swiss German and French, with English and Italian as a plus. Candidates need a commercial training or business school background, basic office experience, and advanced PC skills including Excel and Word. Full-time role with on-site location in Zurich.
