Conduct comprehensive customer care for industrial insurance clients, building long-term partnerships and strengthening existing business relationships. Identify potential with both existing and new customers, then execute self-acquisition of new industrial clients using authentic consulting and innovative tools. Collaborate closely with insurers and internal teams to ensure transparency and develop individual solutions. Drive the continuous development of consulting approaches with the team by integrating new ideas.
