Job Summary
Answer customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone using project-specific knowledge bases after completing E-Learning training. Resolve tickets remotely on a per-task basis, with compensation ranging from 0.40 € to 2 € per request, averaging 15 € to 20 € per hour. Maintain availability for at least 15 hours weekly between 7 a.m. and 1 a.m. Monday through Friday. Manage your own schedule while working from home as a freelance agent supporting client relationships.
