Job Summary
Handle written inquiries regarding utility and heating cost statements as the primary contact point for customers. Ensure full-resolution processing of customer issues and maintain accurate billing-related master data. Process objections related to utility cost statements and contribute to projects optimizing billing processes or ensuring quality standards. Requires a commercial vocational training with customer service experience and strong communication skills. Full-time role in Berlin with up to three days of remote work available.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice
- kommunikationsstark
- geübt im Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel)
- Motivation, sich auch in schwierige Fälle einzuarbeiten
