Job Summary
Conduct holistic customer management for demanding clients in the real estate sector, developing individualized support concepts and maintaining long-term relationships across all decision-making levels. Analyze property portfolios to identify insurance-relevant risks, collaborate with internal specialists and clients to create tailored insurance solutions and renewal strategies, and monitor market developments to implement innovative measures. Coordinate interactions between clients, insurers, and internal departments while ensuring smooth information flow, and provide on-site support during complex claims events and crisis situations.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung zum/r Versicherungskaufmann/frau
- Egal, ob Sie Versicherungsfachmann*frau, -fachwirt*in oder –kaufmann*frau sind
- im Bereich Versicherungen sind Sie zu Hause
- Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung
- Das beschriebe Tätigkeitsfeld ist Ihnen wohl bekannt
- Gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache
