Conduct personal and telephone support for national and international clients from initial inquiry through move-in. Assist with short-term furnished housing searches, draft lease agreements, and coordinate property viewings and handovers. Manage communication with landlords and tenants before, during, and after the rental period while handling general office and organizational tasks. Work full-time in Wiesbaden with regular hours and no shift work or weekend rotations. No prior industry experience required; we offer comprehensive training for motivated candidates.
