Convince customers with enthusiasm about suitable insurance solutions and drive successful closures to acquire new clients. Maintain oversight of policies after contract signing by regularly reviewing coverage alignment with clients' life situations. Serve as the primary contact during claims or performance incidents, offering guidance and support. Provide flexible advice via agency, on-site, or remote work settings. Requires a completed vocational training or insurance specialist certification, with sales aptitude and digital tools proficiency essential. Offers an attractive fixed salary plus commissions, travel cost support, and free training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein Nachweis über die IHK- bzw. BWV-Sachkundeprüfung als Versicherungsfachmann Versicherungsfachfrau
- Quereinsteiger mit kaufmännischer Ausbildung und einer Affinität für den Vertrieb
- Ausgeprägte Freude am Verkauf
- Interesse an modernen digitalen Verkaufsinstrumenten
