Conduct active customer care and advisory services for private and small business clients, managing all business and claims transactions. Negotiate with insurers and mandates while creating insurance analyses and proposals. Deliver customer presentations to support individual contract development. Requires a qualification as insurance and finance clerk with experience in the composite area, plus knowledge of market products and conditions. Full-time position with 38 hours weekly, flexible scheduling, and up to two days of mobile work. Based in Lübeck with a permanent contract, offering structured onboarding and individual further education through the Martens & Prahl Academy.
