Conduct active customer care and advisory for clients in internal and external sales as part of the team. Execute tendering and negotiations with suitable insurers to place risks, then present results to customers. Create insurance analyses and proposals, while handling applications, contracts, and claims processing. Requires a completed apprenticeship in insurance and finance, preferably with further education to insurance specialist manager, plus good English skills. Full-time 38-hour week in a flexible time model within a flat hierarchy structure at Martens & Prahl Group in Hamburg.
