Manage IT infrastructure support for customers by handling technical inquiries, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve system outages. Document all incidents and updates in the ticketing system while adhering to strict response timeframes. Work full-time in a German-speaking environment with flexible hours to accommodate client needs. This role is part of the Customer Success team, directly supporting our enterprise clients in maintaining seamless digital operations.
