Manage customer relationships by establishing contact with new and existing clients through rigorous cold outreach and active co-creation of new prospects. Develop calculations, concepts, and offers while creating, updating, and monitoring order/project plans. Initiate kick-off meetings with internal and external partners, delegate responsibilities, and collaborate on project solutions based on client requirements. Provide technical customer support including occasional on-site visits in Switzerland and participation in trade shows. Requires a completed vocational training as a constructor or equivalent, strong knowledge of ERP systems, and excellent German and English skills. Full-time role with 30-40% time at trade shows.
