Job Summary
Conduct personalized consultations for private customers regarding electricity, gas, heat, and digital services at modern customer centers and mobile energy points of service. Support clients with contracts, relocations, invoices, and inquiries while actively promoting sustainable solutions like photovoltaics, heat pumps, and electric mobility. Manage customer requests through digital systems and represent the brand with a service-oriented approach. Requires excellent German skills, a friendly demeanor, and ideally experience in customer service or the energy sector; Class B driver's license is advantageous for mobile deployments. Summer 2026 start.

- Kenntnisse in der Energiewirtschaft oder Erfahrung mit SAP IS-U / CRM-Systemen
- Interesse an nachhaltigen Energiethemen und digitalen Services
- Führerschein Klasse B
