Kundenberater Versicherungen & Finanzdienstleistungen (m/w/d)

Conduct long-term advisory meetings and service appointments for existing clients while analyzing their insurance and providence situations to identify gaps and optimization potential. Deliver comprehensive counseling on insurance, savings, and financial topics, ensuring accurate documentation of all consultation conversations and maintaining client files within the CRM system. Track follow-ups, re-submissions, and open topics through close collaboration with the team of advisors, back office, and management. This role offers an unbound full-time position with a fixed salary plus performance-based commission, starting with an established client portfolio, and includes partial home office options at our Potsdam or Köln locations.
