Job Summary
Conduct independent advisory and support for internal and external clients from proposal creation to contract finalization regarding personal insurance. Deliver webinars, develop concepts for central sales actions, and manage the back-office for personal insurance with direct contact to customers and insurers. Optimize administrative processes including digitalization, monitor and control portfolio data, and create regular management reports. Prepare presentation materials, lead internal training sessions, and support group accident insurance and health insurance during assignments and mobile work. This role is within the Private Insurance department of the Conti Insurance Services, supporting employees with attractive special conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Finanzen und Versicherungen (m/w/divers) und / oder Weiterbildung zum Versicherungsfachwirt (m/w/divers) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Kundenberatung für Personenversicherungen
- Breites Wissen im Bereich der Kranken- und Lebensversicherung
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbstbewusstes und sicheres Auftreten
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Ergebnis- und Qualitätsorientierung
- Ausgeprägte Teamplayer-Mentalität
- Reisebereitschaft (ca. 5-10%)
