Job Summary
The role involves providing telephone consultancy services to existing clients and acquiring new clients related to online credit and financing offerings, as well as insurance products. It includes creating tailored offers, visualizing them with modern technologies, and independently scheduling client appointments to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, while enhancing customer satisfaction through suitable additional products. A commitment to risk management within the bank is also essential.
Required Qualifications
- Training in the commercial field
- Willingness to succeed and joy in sales and dealing with modern technologies and tools
Desired Qualifications
- Know-how and experience in (telephone) customer consulting and/or customer service beneficial
- Self-directed and team-oriented work style
- High initiative with the ability to build customer relationships
