Job Summary
Conduct technical customer support and service coordination via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Plan and coordinate service technicians while assisting with troubleshooting and error analysis on CNC turning and milling machines. Organize commissioning, repairs, and technical optimizations, documenting all support cases in the ticket system. Collaborate with sales and internal technical departments to resolve complex machinery issues. Requires a technical background such as polymechanic or mechatronics, with proven experience in CNC machines and electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic systems. Full-time role in Lenzburg with German as a mandatory language.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung wie Polymechaniker, Mechatroniker o. ä.
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CNC Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen
- Kenntnisse in Elektrik/Pneumatik/Hydraulik
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Versierte EDV-Kenntnisse
- Muttersprache Deutsch
- gute Französischkenntnisse
- Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
