Job Summary
Conduct customer consultations and sell add-on services such as insurance and upgrades to enhance the rental experience. Manage the vehicle fleet by handling disposition, contract creation, and cash management while collaborating closely with the station team to ensure smooth operations. Complete an extensive onboarding process to master all necessary skills for the Rental Sales Agent role. Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, with compensation starting at 2,500€ gross monthly plus bonuses for sales achievements.
Required Qualifications
- Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B
- Fließendes Deutsch
- Bereitschaft, Englisch zu erwerben
