Conduct independent counseling and support for private clients on all insurance matters in both internal and external sales. Create individual offers and quotations, manage correspondence with clients and insurance companies, and handle telephone and written customer service without acquisition or sales pressure. Maintain customer data and documents within our agency management programs and online portals. Work in a modern office environment with flexible working hours under a flexible time model, including up to two mobile work days per week.
