Job Summary
Accompany private and business customers on insurance, savings, 3a/3b, ETF savings plans, and financial planning. Analyze needs and develop individual insurance and financial concepts. Conduct counseling conversations online and in person while documenting follow-ups in the CRM. Maintain and grow existing customer relationships. This role focuses on insurance and financial solutions within the Convit Central GmbH team. The position offers a fixed-term contract with 10–100% workload, a monthly OTE of CHF 1500–7500, and requires German language skills at B2+ level.
