Job Summary
Conduct needs-based counseling for a broad range of financial products through personal conversations and phone calls. Build sustainable client relationships while managing customer support within your branch. Organize your daily schedule independently and collaborate closely with your team to serve as a competent financial advisor. Requires a successful commercial training or equivalent experience, high service competence, and strong resilience. Full-time or part-time positions available with a 38.5-hour week.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreiche kaufmännische Ausbildung – idealerweise zum Bankkaufmann / zur Bankkauffrau
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, am besten in der Kundenberatung oder im Vertrieb
- Hohe Servicekompetenz
- Belastbarkeit im Arbeitsalltag
- Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber sich schnell verändernden Rahmenbedingungen
- Hohes Interesse an Finanzthemen
- Hohes Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
