Job Summary
Conduct needs-based counseling for a broad range of financial and non-banking products through personal conversations and telephone contact. Manage customer relationships and take responsibility for client support within your branch, collaborating closely with your team. Organize your daily schedule independently while serving as a competent financial advisor. Requires a successful commercial education or equivalent experience, high service capability, and an interest in financial topics. Full-time or part-time positions available with a 38.5-hour work week.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreiche kaufmännische Ausbildung – idealerweise zum Bankkaufmann / zur Bankkauffrau
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, am besten in der Kundenberatung oder im Vertrieb
- Hohes Interesse an Finanzthemen und wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
