Job Summary
Accompany private and business clients on retirement planning, savings, 3a/3b, ETF plans, and financial planning. Analyze client needs to develop individual retirement and financial concepts. Conduct counseling sessions online and in person while documenting follow-ups in the CRM. Maintain and expand existing client relationships for long-term growth. The role focuses on retirement and financial solutions within the Convit Central GmbH team at the Bern training center, offering internal VBV training, mentoring, and flexible hybrid work options.
