Job Summary
Prepare mise-en-place for all menus and cook, serve, and present food according to hotel and restaurant standards, including staff meals per senior chef instructions. Maintain clean, safe, and tidy work areas. Work in a dynamic team across Austria and Germany, covering weekends, evenings, and early mornings. Candidates must speak German and/or English fluently and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Seasonal or full-year contracts offer 13th and 14th pay in Austria, free meals, single rooms, and wellness access.
