Job Summary
Prepare all types of hot and cold dishes, including cold and hot appetizers, side dishes, vegetable dishes, and soups. Adhere to food preparation technology and procedures for handling fresh ingredients. Maintain kitchen order and cleanliness while enforcing HACCP standards. Educate and advise subordinate staff members. Requires SSS/VSS/VSS certification and at least one year of experience. Work 48 hours weekly at Solaris d.d. in Šibenik.
