Job Summary
Conduct evening kitchen leadership for two distinct concepts, ensuring seamless service flow, quality standards, and precise timing. Manage inventory, order systems, and HACCP compliance while overseeing team training and event catering operations. Lead kitchen staff during service and contribute to menu development for the restaurant and event locations. Work a six-day week with 185 monthly hours, including guaranteed overtime pay, and collaborate closely with the kitchen director.
Required Qualifications
