KST EXECUTIVE

Oversee and coordinate the stewarding team in a hotel setting, supervising dishwashers, cleaners, garbage personnel, and night cleaners; ensure proper operation of dishwashing, chinaware, glassware, and silverware handling; maintain personal cleanliness and sanitation standards; uphold sanitation codes, garbage sorting, and waste removal; take inventory of equipment and supplies; report emergencies to the Executive Steward; brief kitchen and service staff to prevent overload of equipment; prepare weekly duty rosters and holiday leave charts for Steward Attendants; contribute ideas to improve the Stewarding Department; adhere to fire and life safety procedures; attend briefings and training; maintain professional appearance and timely duty attendance.
