Job Summary
Lead Informatica sales team in the KSA region, driving long-term growth and executive engagement by defining and executing a clear regional sales strategy, mentoring Informatica Account Executives, managing quotas and pipeline, and expanding opportunities across industries. Build strong executive relationships with key customer partners, demonstrate how Informatica’s Intelligent Data Management Cloud and AI-enabled solutions deliver business impact at scale, and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Salesforce teams to ensure aligned execution.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership of high-performance sales teams
- Experience in AI and machine learning concepts
- Ability to exceed sales goals in technical sales environments
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building with senior customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience selling Integration and/or SaaS advantageous
