Job Summary
Conduct daily direct support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, focusing on personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and complex needs. Assist participants with developmental goals including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while fostering meaningful relationships and community integration. Support individuals in achieving growth and independence through patient, compassionate care. Requires a valid driver's license, access to a registered vehicle, and six months of experience in human services or direct care. Full-time hourly position with paid time off, holiday pay, and a 401(k) match.
