Join Sevita as a Caregiver in a REM Kansas direct-support role supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a Day Program (8a-4p). You’ll build real, meaningful relationships, help participants with personal hygiene, and support participants in community activities. Responsibilities include assisting with developmental goals (budgeting, exercise, nutrition), promoting participation in community activities, and ensuring safety and well-being. The role requires compassionate, patient, reliable individuals with a High School Diploma or equivalent; six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred. A valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance are also needed.
