KS East || Quality Assurance Manager || M-F

Maintain knowledge of regulatory, accreditation, and company requirements while implementing and monitoring operational systems to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Conduct operation reviews including site reviews, record reviews, and quality monitoring activities, then prepare detailed summary reports of findings. Serve as the contact person for external regulatory reviews, coordinate investigations, and oversee critical incident reporting and mortality review processes. Develop and implement quality improvement plans under the direction of leadership, provide recommendations for needed actions, and lead the operation's Quality & Safety Committee. Review satisfaction survey data to identify trends and make improvement recommendations. Moderate travel within designated service sites is required. Salary range $50,000–$55,000.
