Job Summary
Provide direct support within a residential or program setting, typically assisting 4-6 individuals (up to 10 in some programs) with activities of daily living, socialization, health maintenance, medication administration, and skill/behavioral development. Deliver support per individual service plans; assist with personal care, housekeeping, transportation, community integration, shopping, and financial management; document progress and maintain confidentiality. Maintain health and safety, participate in training, and collaborate with team members to ensure quality, person-centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months of experience in human services preferred
