Job Summary
Kronos Functional - Senior Associate at PwC Acceleration Center India. Responsible for analyzing complex HR technology processes and leading the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (including Absence Management and Payroll). Build and maintain custom reports/dashboards using Oracle SQL Developer and Oracle BI Publisher; manage project budgets and timelines; conduct business analysis to support strategic HR planning; facilitate change management to improve employee adoption of new HR technologies; mentor junior team members in Oracle applications; and cultivate strong client relationships while contributing to ongoing HR transformation projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Oracle HCM or HR technology
- Oracle HCM Cloud modules experience (Absence Management, Payroll) is preferred
- Oracle SQL Developer and Oracle BI Publisher proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
