Job Summary
Answer questions, take orders accurately, and engage in suggestive selling while delivering correct change. Prepare ingredients for doughnut processing, inspect product quality, and restock items to guarantee freshness. Unload delivery trucks, perform sanitation duties including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms, and empty trash receptacles. Cross train in load out as needed. This role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, basic math and literacy, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand in hot, un-air conditioned areas.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic mathematical skills, enough to handle various sums of money
- Basic literacy skills
- Must be able to pass Drug Screen and criminal background check
- Lifting up to as much as 50 pounds occasionally
- Lifting up to 25 pounds frequently
- Ability to reach the counter or drive through
- Must be able to grasp products without crushing
- Must be able to read product boxes, labels and measuring devices
- Must be able to communicate with and understand customers and co-workers
