Job Summary
Lead the press production to meet safety, quality, productivity, schedules, and housekeeping goals across one or more shifts. Direct the printing of products at economical costs while maintaining prescribed quality and safety standards. Motivate and develop staff, resolve production/quality issues, support Safety Programs and lean initiatives, enforce housekeeping and safety practices, and collaborate with Human Resources and Operations Management to sustain a positive employee relations environment. Must be able to work multiple shifts including nights. Requires High School diploma or GED and a Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus 5+ years in Commercial Press/Printing and at least 1 year of leadership exposure. Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing or related field
- 5+ years working in a Commercial Press/Printing environment
- At least 1 year of leadership exposure
