Job Summary
Coordinate technical tasks for custom development projects, manage solution releases, and propose ways to incorporate GNSS tracking devices into fleet management and logistics use cases. Troubleshoot technical issues, consult clients via ticketing systems and meetings, and travel to sites for direct device implementation. Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and project-management teams to ensure on-time delivery while guiding colleagues through wiki documentation and training. Maintain projects across car-sharing, rental, and vehicle-telematics sectors in Korea and Japan.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in telecommunications, electronics, informatics, engineering, or a related field, or previous work experience in a technical or engineering role
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written Korean, Japanese and English
- An analytical and creative mindset for problem-solving and troubleshooting
- A valid driver's licence for passenger vehicles in Japan
