Job Summary
Lead KPI development and product analytics for Global Corporate Banking (GCB) Payments and Lending; develop executive-level reporting and dashboards; collaborate with FP&A leads and product P&A partners to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning; prepare and deliver executive presentations translating data into actionable insights; drive improvements in reporting processes and analytical methodologies; lead monthly/quarterly product performance reviews and communicate results to senior leadership; build strong relationships with global stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional alignment.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of work experience in Finance or consulting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other analytics focused major
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities, with experience in product performance evaluation
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data visualization
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, comfortable working with senior level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Self-starter with a proactive approach, able to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently
- Integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information
