KPC (Key Private Client) Regional Director, Planning & Investments

Partner with KPC Regional Executive on planning engagement strategy and support Market Leaders across the region on financial planning processes. Attend internal regional and market meetings, represent the territory as a subject matter expert to external clients, and collaborate with the Planning & Advice Center on training tools and advisor development. Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with advisors, support select client engagements, and work with Practice Management to execute training priorities. Develop training materials, web content, and vendor programs; serve as the spokesperson at new hire orientations and other training events. Assess and report on usage trends and plan quality while maintaining risk controls and supporting the advice-based sales process. Approximately 50% travel required.
