Job Summary
Implement project-specific Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and review subcontractor ITPs across mechanical, electrical, or civil scopes. Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections while verifying compliance with contract documents, drawings, codes, and applicable standards. Coordinate inspections and tests with operations teams to maintain project schedules, interpret quality standards, and collaborate with district management. Conduct measurements and testing using calibrated equipment to maintain full traceability of materials and activities. Prepare accurate documentation packages and communicate quality expectations in project meetings. Recognize and respond to site safety hazards. Work onsite in Homer City, PA, with overtime and weekend availability as required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in at least one of the following disciplines: Mechanical - Piping, Electrical, Civil
- 5+ years of experience in construction quality control or inspection
- Strong work ethic and commitment to high‐quality results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time‐management abilities
- Ability to access all areas of a construction site
- Willingness to travel and relocate as needed
- Regular, reliable attendance
- Work productively and meet deadlines timely
- Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
- Perform work safely and effectively
- Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies
- Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines
- Work overtime and weekends as required
- May work at various different locations and conditions may vary

- This position is based out of Homer City, PA and is required to be onsite
