Job Summary

Process financial transactions for Special Needs Pooled Trust accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution. Monitor work queues and prioritize requests to meet service level expectations and critical deadlines. Maintain detailed documentation of account activity and ensure records are complete and audit-ready. Coordinate with Trust Administration, Operations, Compliance, and other internal business partners to support account servicing and transaction processing. Identify and escalate potential issues, risks, or exceptions that could impact account administration, client assets, or regulatory compliance. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities and reporting requirements. Demonstrate ownership of assigned responsibilities and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce operational risk. Manage sensitive and confidential financial and client information with discretion and professionalism. Comply with all KeyBank policies and procedures, conducting business ethically and in the best interests of beneficiaries, clients, and the organization. Required to work in office 3 days per week.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years related work experience or equivalent combination of work/educational background
  • General knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, trust and investments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and accountability in completing work
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify discrepancies, research issues, and implement solutions
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Required to work in office 3 days per week

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • Experience processing high-volume transactions with a focus on accuracy and quality control preferred
