Oversee gas dock, rental dock, and wet slips, verifying dock crew training and managing customer boat movements during launch and retrieval. Execute proper procedures for removing and installing covers, securing personal watercraft, fueling vessels, and operating fuel delivery systems. Communicate via Speedy Dock, utilize PC and cash register, and complete daily till reconciliations. Assist customers as needed, observe fuel levels, and report any system failures or abnormalities. Perform cleaning, pre-rental checks, and maintenance on rental boats while providing customer assistance at departure and return. Complete any other daily tasks associated with dock hands and gas dock operations.
