Direct and manage overall campus operations with an focus on leading the campus instructional program to ensure high standards of instruction and student achievement. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with district policies, applying instructional programs, and ensuring effective operation of all campus activities. Key duties involve evaluating instructional programs and teaching effectiveness, budget and personnel management, policy interpretation, data analysis, cultivating collaboration among staff, fostering school improvement, establishing performance objectives, coordinating with stakeholders (students, parents, community), and maintaining positive communication and public relations to support Academic Excellence Indicators.
