Clear all tables, reset them for new seating, and ensure they meet venue standards. Assist Food Servers by observing guests for service requests, clearing dishes, and restocking items throughout meals. Maintain cleanliness of side stations, sweep or mop as necessary, and keep traffic areas free from clutter. Monitor guest alcohol consumption, answer questions, and refer guests to management when needed. Complete daily opening and closing sidework while maintaining professional grooming and adhering to health and safety regulations. Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED preferred.
