Job Summary
Manage budgeting, steering, and optimization for complex construction projects with a focus on Technical Building Equipment (KG 400). Lead cost management for large-scale projects by coordinating stakeholders and creating cost estimates for technical trades like HVAC and electrical systems. Analyze project data to generate KPIs, forecasts, and honorarium claims based on HOAI regulations. Optimize processes and develop model-based cost estimation using RIB iTWO software while supporting customer acquisitions. Requires a degree in building technology, extensive cost management experience, and proficiency in Excel and AHO. Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit der Fachrichtung Versorgungs-, Gebäude- oder Energietechnik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs; alternativ Techniker- oder Meisterabschluss mit Schwerpunkt TGA
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kostenmanagement in der Kostengruppe 400
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Kalkulation technischer Bauleistungen
- Kenntnisse in Excel, AHO und HOAI sowie in der Anwendung der Bausoftware
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse in der Anwendung der Bausoftware, idealerweise RIB iTWO
