Job Summary
Manage budgeting, steering, and optimization for complex construction projects with a focus on Technical Building Equipment (KG 400). Create cost estimates and calculations for technical trades, lead cost management in large projects, and coordinate all stakeholders and disciplines. Optimize processes and develop model-based cost determination using RIB iTWO software. Generate high estimates, forecasts, and determine fee claims according to HOAI. Support customer acquisitions in the cost management area. This role is available in full or part-time across multiple locations, offering mobile work options and opportunities for individual development through the Drees & Sommer Academy.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit der Fachrichtung Versorgungs-, Gebäude- oder Energietechnik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs; alternativ Techniker- oder Meisterabschluss mit Schwerpunkt TGA
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kostenmanagement in der Kostengruppe 400
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Kalkulation technischer Bauleistungen
- Kenntnisse in Excel, AHO und HOAI sowie in der Anwendung der Bausoftware
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse in der Anwendung der Bausoftware, idealerweise RIB iTWO
