Job Summary
Manage budgeting, steering, and optimization for complex construction projects with a focus on Technical Building Equipment (KG 400). Lead cost management in large-scale projects by coordinating stakeholders and creating cost estimates for technical trades like HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems. Analyze project data to generate KPIs, high-level forecasts, and honorarium claims based on HOAI regulations. Optimize processes and develop model-based cost estimation using RIB iTWO software while supporting customer acquisitions. This role is available in full or part-time across multiple German locations, offering mobile work options, continuous training through the Drees & Sommer Academy, and benefits including gym subsidies and flexible mobility perks.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit der Fachrichtung Versorgungs-, Gebäude- oder Energietechnik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs; alternativ Techniker- oder Meisterabschluss mit Schwerpunkt TGA
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kostenmanagement in der Kostengruppe 400
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Kalkulation technischer Bauleistungen
- Kenntnisse in Excel, AHO und HOAI sowie in der Anwendung der Bausoftware, idealerweise RIB iTWO
