Job Summary
Develop and execute cost estimates, budgets, and advice for maintenance contracts from the initiation phase. Analyze complex contracts to identify risks and advise on maintenance strategies, balancing quality, risk, performance, and costs. Translate client requirements and maintenance concepts into reliable proposals while collaborating with teams on tenders and contract development. Engage in process improvement, digitalization, and standardization efforts to enhance pricing capabilities. Work on diverse maintenance contracts for leading clients across the Netherlands.
Required Qualifications
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring opgedaan in de rol van calculator/kostendeskundige binnen diverse woningbouw en/of utiliteitsprojecten
- Je bent minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar
