Job Summary
Manage care coordination for Korean-speaking patients, adapting to rapid environmental changes and conflicting priorities. Utilize Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to handle multiple projects while applying strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Maintain excellent verbal and written communication alongside organizational capabilities, adhering strictly to HIPAA and confidentiality laws. Requires an active RN license, multi-state compact license, and 2-4 years of managed care experience, with Case Management Certification preferred. Schedule includes 11:30a-8p Eastern or 9a-5p Pacific shifts, with both full-time and part-time availability.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and be flexible in an environment that moves at a rapid pace, where change is common and frequent
- Solid working knowledge of Excel with proficient skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written, and organizational skills
- Active RN license in state of employment with a multi-state compact license for States served
- Must abide by all HIPAA, Confidentiality & Privacy Laws
Desired Qualifications
- Case Management Certification (CCM), preferred
