Job Summary
Korean language tour guide position at BYU–Hawaii’s Polynesian Cultural Center. Provides guided walking tours in Korean and English (or guest’s native language), greets guests, shares tour information, and answers questions. Requires good health and a voice capable of four hours of speaking, ability to move among guests, English proficiency, potential fluency in another language, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Entry-level, part-time hours (~11:30 AM–5:00 PM, 19 hours/week); on-site interview in Laie, HI. Approximate starting hourly rate: $14.00–$16.00 (pay may vary). Required Qualifications
- Must attach resume and Spring 2026 semester class schedule (WEEKLY VIEW)
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English
- May be required to be fluent in a designated foreign language
- Should be a high school graduate or the equivalent
- Must exemplify the University Honor Code, including the dress and grooming principles and expectations
- No prior work experience required
