Job Summary
Gather supplier quotations and RFQ documentation, perform data entry in SAP and SRM systems, and communicate with suppliers on pricing and lead times. Prepare price comparison spreadsheets, collect onboarding documentation, and maintain procurement contracts and pricing agreements. Coordinate purchase requisitions, track inventory and purchase orders, and assist in preparing routine procurement reports. Provide general administrative support including scheduling, filing, and correspondence management. This entry-level role supports the procurement and sourcing team in Commerce, CA, with a focus on building a foundation in supply chain operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, accounting, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, formatting, sorting/filtering)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience or exposure to ERP systems; experience with SAP is preferred
- Bilingual in Korean and English (preferred)
