Job Summary

Manage day-to-day administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense processing, and document preparation in both English and Korean. Act as the communication bridge between English- and Korean-speaking colleagues, partners, and vendors by translating correspondence, interpreting in meetings, and ensuring accurate information flow. Maintain organized filing systems, process purchase orders and invoices, and track deadlines while supporting office operations such as supply ordering, vendor coordination, and event logistics. Assist with cross-border scheduling, bilingual meeting summaries, and order documentation for Korean-language correspondence. Requires professional fluency in Korean and English, administrative experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Hybrid schedule with regular onsite presence in Los Angeles.

Required Qualifications

  • Korean language capability
  • Professional fluency in both Korean and English, written and spoken, at a level sufficient for business correspondence and translation
  • Prior administrative assistant, office coordinator, or comparable support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Sound judgment about priority and confidentiality
  • Clear professional communication
  • Regular onsite presence in Los Angeles, California

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the beauty, cosmetics, consumer products, or retail sector
  • Experience supporting cross-border or Korea-based business relationships
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace
  • Experience with ERP or order management systems
  • Basic bookkeeping or accounts payable processes
  • Prior formal translation experience
  • Any exposure to marketing or sales support work
  • Experience working with Korean manufacturers, suppliers, or parent-company functions
  • Familiarity with import and shipping documentation
  • Comfort with fast-changing priorities typical of consumer beauty businesses
  • Any experience supporting executives or visiting delegations
